Thinair is a subtraction exercise. The upper is a 0.4mm monofilament mesh with no lining, no tongue slip and no logo backing — the brand mark is a 12-micron transfer because a woven label weighs 3g. Laces are 2mm Dyneema. The midsole is 24mm of supercritical PEBA with no plate, because at this weight a plate adds more mass than it returns. Durability is roughly 250km. This is a race-day shoe and we say so on the box.
